Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facility Staff to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing facility maintenance, HVAC systems, etc.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for improving work quality, ensure safety, or ensure compliance with state/federal regulations.
· Coordinate appropriate facilities set-up, arrangement and technical equipment for a variety of activities (special events, guest speakers).
· Performs all work related to the maintenance of school including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, custodial, and cleaning.
· Maintains equipment of the school by closely monitoring equipment and completing necessary testing as required. Also maintains accurate records of all maintenance repairs. Performs repairs as needed.
· Responsible for the primary contact for facility related emergencies, which may require evening and weekend work.
· Inspect school facilities for the purpose of ensuring that the facilities are suitable for safe operations and maintained in an attractive and clean condition.
· Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution.
· Assist with construction project management if needed.
· Assist as needed to facilitate community participation in School activities.
Requirements:
- High school Degree required
- Proven experience in Maintenance Management or related field
