Position Overview: As a Sales Representative at Elysium Brands, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our studio as the go-to solution for their CGI requirements. Your strategic insights and proactive approach will be essential in expanding our client base and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients across various industries who could benefit from our CGI services. Utilize market intelligence and networking to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Initiate contact with prospective clients through targeted outreach, meetings, presentations, and networking events. Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their business objectives, and articulate how our CGI solutions can address their needs.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with our creative and technical teams to develop tailored CGI solutions that align with client requirements and objectives. Present proposals, demos, and case studies to showcase our capabilities and value proposition effectively.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and terms to secure profitable deals. Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution and adherence to company policies.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and potential areas for growth. Develop strategic plans and tactics to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative environment by liaising with internal teams, including production, creative, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the CGI, media, advertising, or creative industries.
- Strong understanding of CGI technologies, processes, and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
