Receptionist
Job Type: Part-time, On-site
Hours: Day Shift, 24-30 hours per week
Pay: $18 -$20/hour
We are a growing commercial real estate firm seeking a reliable and friendly part-time afternoon receptionist to join our team. Responsible for making a good first impression for our family of companies. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, paying attention to detail, having excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Greet and welcome clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Data entry knowledge and consistent typing accuracy.
- Update websites and maintain CRM.
- Obtain information from City-County offices, including property record cards, tax bills, and zoning.
- Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating conference rooms.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure a neat and organized reception area, conference rooms, cafe, and other common areas.
- Daily responsibilities may vary.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in a professional office.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Strong phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining CRM and websites.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
