Autism Systems provides home-based and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

What our Scheduler’s do:
Directly responsible for scheduling the Behavior Technicians to individual cases that fit inside provided availability. For the coordination of client care. Works under the direction of the Lead Analyst and HR Specialist to ensure the proper utilization of clinical resources to maximize center capacity and utilization guidelines. Responsible for scheduling and communicating with Behavior Technician’s, client families, and Analysts regarding scheduling of clinical services.
Job Responsibilities:
- HR Specialist Assistant
- Ensures patient assessment visits including all Oasis visits are scheduled and performed timely.
- Prepares quarterly clinician schedules. Reviews Behavior Technician schedules daily or more frequently as needed to determine capacity opportunities and ensure productivity standards are being met.
- Ensures clinicians are assigned and scheduled in most efficient geography, maximizing clinician efficiency, utilizing the lowest possible discipline, matching skill with required care, and optimizing clinician capacity.
- Ensures missed visits are scheduled by the end of the current week.
- Manages calls from client families and Behavior Technicians related to scheduling issues. Refers clinical and performance related issues to the Clinical Manager and/or analysts
- Monitors hospitalized patients, communicating and ensuring the team follows up as necessary.
- Ensures timely communication with client families, clinicians, referral sources, and other office personnel.
- Runs all applicable reports and responds to workflow taking appropriate actions.
- Assists with internal or external transfer of clients between care centers.
- May be responsible for maintaining supply closet with routine supplies, ensuring supplies are within expiration dates and packaged appropriately, and serve as liaison with the field for client supply needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
You are perfect for this position if you:
- Are 18 years or older
- Have a High school Diploma or GED; 1 Year Experience Required
- Have personal reliable transportation
- HAVE NO PAST CRIMINAL HISTORY
- Can maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
- Have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbal and in writing;
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8am-7pm
