Position Summary:
Responsible for supporting all ecommerce initiatives with a specific focus on merchandising, including catalog management & improvements on presentation, navigation & cross-sell/up-sell opportunities to maximize sell-thru. This includes all Ecommerce wholesale businesses including various managed accounts, Amazon & other online marketplaces.
Essential Functions:

Support and optimize product assortment, including gathering assets, product set-up, product information, category information, optimization and website merchandising. Serve as a product expert for all online wholesale merchandise.

Manage product catalog information & presentation, including, but not limited to: keywords, inventory dates, product descriptions, titles, images, bullet points, navigation, A+ content, variations & videos.

Provide guidance, recommendations, and coordinate on merchandising changes for upcoming releases. Launch products/designs/collections per company and/or channel launch plan.

Support all wholesale exclusive programs, from ideation through execution.

Work with various other departments to support the smooth import and processing of orders for Amazon, marketplaces and other managed accounts.

Provide quality assurance, troubleshoot, test and support the launch of new products and ensure resolution to all reported online issues from appropriate resources.

Support personalized product recommendation / suggestive selling services and online selection tool assortment.

Leverage analytics to drive conversion. Analyze product & design catalog sell-thru on monthly, quarterly & annual basis.

Partner with multiple departments such as design, licensing, and new product development to support design or product launches and company initiatives.
Working Conditions:

Hybrid - this position is in-officce three (3) days per week and remote two (2) days per week

Experience and Skills:

4-year degree from a college or university is preferred.

1 year of online marketing/merchandising experience is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point.

Experience with Channel Advisor a plus.

Experience with Amazon or other marketplaces a plus.

Understanding of Internet as a commerce channel, trends, and user behaviors.

Must be deadline driven and operate with strong sense of urgency.

Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline driven environment while balancing multiple priorities. High attention to detail is a must.

Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with all levels of the organization and has a team-oriented work ethic.

Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.

Self-starter with a strong sense of organization, time management and analytical/problem solving skills.

Possess the desire, ability and knowledge to ensure that our merchandising initiatives are the most current. Help identify merchandising needs and/or development opportunities to align with our overall ecommerce strategies.
