Position: Director of Human Resources for Healthcare company
Job Description:
The Human Resources Director is responsible for the management of all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, hiring, training, development, employee relations and coverage. This position will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support company objectives. The Director will manage the day-to-day activities of the HR Department.
Essential Functions:
·Responsible for recruitment and hiring of employees.
·Responsible for the onboarding of new employees.
·Responsible for the training of new employees.
·Responsible for the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
·Coordinates all aspects of employee relations in accordance with TMC policies and procedures.
·Coordinates all HR related activities in accordance with company objectives.
·Coordinates all HR related activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
·Develops and implements HR policies and procedures to support the organization.
·Manages all employee compensation including benefits, hourly rates, commissions, bonuses, etc., in accordance with company policies and procedures.
·Develops performance plans based on employee performance.
·Manages employee leave time off requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
·Manages employee 401(k) contributions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
·Manages employee benefit costs in accordance with company policies and procedures.
·Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Human Resources Healthcarer experience is considered a plus!
- Previous experience working with a payroll processor preferred .
- Strong understanding of HR processes within an organization including recruitment, hiring, training, development, etc., along with knowledge of general human resources functions such as leave management, leave appeals, etc..
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask; ability to prioritize work; ability to work under pressure; etc., along with a high degree of discretion required!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1.00 - $10.00 per year
