Job Description
RN/LPN NIGHT SHIFT 7pm-7am
We are looking for experienced RN/LPN's to join our team.
Ensure that your staff are following care plans. Chart on all residents under your care.
Responsible for the nursing care of all residents assigned to you during your shift.
Supervision of the nursing staff assigned to your zone/hall including CNA/NA's and CMT's.
Take verbal and written orders from medical personnel and transcribe. Note and follow up on the orders and document the nursing notes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Current and valid Missouri RN or LPN license is REQUIRED.
Thorough knowledge of Missouri State Regulations for Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living Facilities.
Assisted Living or Long Term Care/SNF experience is REQUIRED.
Experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia is a PLUS.
Self-starter and able to work independently.
Experience in staff member relations including training and staff development.
Ability to establish effective relationships with residents, residents family members and staff team.
