Job Purpose:
The Project Manager is a vital component to the overall success of client relationship. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful completion of each client project by utilizing written and oral communication skills, effectively applying company technology and prioritizing tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Utilize active listening skills to document clients’ requested services within the company work order system in an efficient and accurate manner.

Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables

Report project progress and budgets to client and upper management effectively

Identify and dispatch appropriate trade related vendors.

Recruit new vendors as needed.

Utilize negotiation skills in order to achieve nationwide pricing.

Document and submit vendor work order requests through work order management system.

Ensure that client needs were met by following up with both the clients and vendors in a timely manner.

Build rapport with clients and routinely call to ensure overall satisfaction.

Provide timely and comprehensive written and oral updates throughout the duration of a work order. Work to resolve or escalate disputes to the project manager needed.

Track all materials needed to complete a project and schedule accordingly

Employ critical thinking skills to effectively detect, investigate and solve all client issues utilizing the work order management system.

Certify all information logged in our work order management system is accurate and complete. Entries should be logged in timely manner.

Ensure all required, supporting information is obtained in order to guarantee the accurate invoicing of the client.

Work with billing to make certain that services are billed in a time appropriate manner.

Maintain a positive attitude with all clients and vendors and demonstrate a focus on customer service.

Opportunity to travel to site to perform survey or manage on site work

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Two (2) years or more experience managing construction projects in a leading or supporting role

Six (6) months of experience working with subcontractors.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Excellent organizat1ional skills.
-
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask without forgoing the quality of work.

Ability to read blueprints
