JOB TITLE: Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
SET ACTIVE is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team! This role will be responsible for working closely with our warehouse, retail stores, overseeing 3PL, and more. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about all things logistics as it relates to relationships with stakeholders, analyzing data, finances and budgets, and improving processes/procedures. We are a start-up, so no job is too big or too small for any of our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with our customer service team and return service on qualitative and quantitative feedback; determine when to change or implement solutions.

Point person for delayed orders, inventory issues/inquiries, and pre-orders.

Oversee external partnerships including deadlines, contracts, partner guidelines, and project management.

Point person for trademark lawyer on all new trademarks/testing/compliance, communicating updates with the broader team.

Manage all reorders of poly-mailers, shipping boxes, etc. alongside production.
- Lead internal drop-prep and performance review meetings.

Oversee and manage the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy.

Coordinate with vendors and freight companies to maximize efficiency for import products.

Work with the production team to delegate timelines to ensure goal delivery dates are met.

Provide a gifting tracker to the internal team for when goods arrive at the warehouse.

Manage and track all freight and duties costs. Oversee shipping partners and costs.

Schedule all inbound deliveries between the logistics company and 3PL.

Point person for all wholesale accounts - create orders + invoices and negotiate and maintain wholesale partnership agreements. Align with brand and marketing on wholesale strategy.

Day-to-day 3PL management (quarterly warehouse visits, inventory reconciliation).

Quantify order fulfillment, canceled orders, oversold units, etc. on a monthly and yearly basis.

Point person on all moving parts of our pop-ups (LA and NY), overseeing daily correspondence with external partners.

Plan pop-up merchandising with the Director of Operations.

Allocate, order, and arrange delivery of all pop-up replenishment and new inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

4+ years' experience.

Experience with 3PLs, retail store experience, and wholesale.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to streamline interactions across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with the ability to plan ahead.

Leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision-making.

Detail-oriented and flexible; able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing objectives.

5% travel required.
