Responsibilities:
- Leave Management: Administer all aspects of LOA and FMLA programs, including initial requests, approvals, denials, and ongoing management.

- Employee Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave policies, procedures, and accommodations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leave requests, accommodations, and return-to-work processes.
- Coordination: Collaborate with managers, HR Business Partners, and Legal teams to address complex leave situations and ensure consistency in policy application.
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on leave policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of leave management processes.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze reports on leave usage, trends, and compliance metrics for management review.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of [5] years of experience in HR with a focus on LOA and FMLA administration.
