Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation and dishwashing tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation under the guidance of the chef or kitchen supervisor
- Perform dishwashing duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing kitchen equipment
- Support in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
- Help with meal preparation and plating when necessary
Skills:
- Experience in food handling and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous experience as a dietary aide or in catering is a plus
- With experience the pay will be adjusted
