Overview:
This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the post-sale relations between 360Care and the contracted long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for contracted facility personnel by communicating regularly with facility contact, territory marketers, local management, and providers.

Review planned visits and schedules created by the dental/ancillary coordinators, including edits.

Assist with daily updates for facility records and visits.

Review schedule for field staff, ensuring all visits are covered logistically and to support the provider.

Correspond with facility on patient and visit information.

Deliver high quality and time sensitive information to all customers

Submit credentialing information to facilities for providers upon request.

Provide prompt feedback to management on any facility concerns.

Function at a high level of personal productivity.

Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and Company policy.

Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.

Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills

Electronic Medical Records experience preferred

Medical or Dental office experience preferred

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office

Critical thinking/Solutions-based skills required for a time sensitive environment
