Currently, our Chandler, AZ corporate office is in need of a customer service representative to assist with various office duties. The ideal candidate will be someone who is outgoing and enjoys communicating with others on a daily basis. This position is key to proof.'s continued growth and success.
Currently hiring for a Hybrid/Remote with the opportunity to be fully remote depending on performance. Hybrid would be three days in the office and two remote days. It can be a full in-office position if you prefer. Remote opportunities for these areas: Chandler, AZ, Detroit, MI, Denver, CO, and Boston, MA
Schedule: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM MST or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MST

Customer Service
Answer incoming calls from customers (to schedule services, collect payment information, etc.)
Assist sales teams with new sales as needed;
Correspond with customers via mail, email, online chat, etc.
Office Administration
Use software to create technician routes;
Assist with office billing;
Input new customers from external marketing sites;
Assist sales team by making sure new customer information is entered correctly;
Routinely review various reports to ensure efficiency;
Act as a liaison to branch managers and offer support to technicians in the field.
Pay for this position is negotiable and depends on experience and qualifications.
