Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and transmission issues.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any additional repairs or maintenance needed.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems.
- Perform automotive service tasks, such as replacing filters, belts, and hoses.
- Repair or replace damaged auto body parts as needed.
- Weld and align vehicle frames and structures.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components for repair or replacement.
- Provide tire services, including tire rotations, balancing, and repairs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to perform brake repairs and automotive service tasks.
- Experience in auto body repair is a plus.
- Familiarity with GM vehicles is preferred.
- Ability to weld and align vehicle frames is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
