Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with autism and other behavioral health needs. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism and related disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure consistent treatment approaches
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals working with individuals with autism
- Stay current on the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis
Skills:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or related disorders
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to behavioral health services
