Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to drive our national sales strategy for NVX (http://www.nvx.com). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales, sales management, marketing, and a strategic mindset. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding our customer base, and ensuring the success of our sales initiatives across the country.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
Industry experience in Car Audio, Electronics or Automotive.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Willingness to travel as required.
