Viqtory, Inc. seeks a Social Media Specialist who is creative, embraces Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ready to directly shape our social media strategies. This role is centered on making meaningful connections between the military community and civilian opportunities across employment, education, consumer and government (RFP) sectors.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy for 3 primary brands (Military Friendly, Vetrepreneur, G.I.Jobs) in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the digital director, and marketing to determine the goals and long-ter direction of our social brand.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation Strategy: Develop and execute innovative content strategies that align with our brand goals, focusing on video and static content for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- Video Editing and Graphic Design: Utilize tools such as Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva to produce visually appealing video and graphic content that stands out in the crowded social media space.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our social media accounts, ensuring they surpass KPI’s through engaging, trend-driven content
- Engagement & Growth: Implement strategies to enhance follower interaction and brand visibility, leveraging your understanding of social media algorithms to our advantage.
- Content Analysis: Regularly analyze content performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content consistency and brand messaging across all platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and provide reporting to key stakeholders. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Community Engagement: Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create and cultivate a strong network
- Lead social media experiments: whether it's testing new platforms, scripting videos, producing live-streams, or working on fresh video formats – you'll consistently find new and novel ways to express our brand and engage our audience
You Have...
- 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok and other social media best practices
- Ability to work in high-level content strategy and hands-on production tasks with extreme attention to detail
- Video production experience – you're intimately familiar with in-app creator tools across social platforms and know your way around a video editing software like Adobe Premiere, Capcut or others
- Video portfolio that includes long and short format content
- Proven interpersonal skills and passion for engaging with our social media communities
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
