OBJECTIVE:
To coordinate and supervise the implementation of all aspects of the UCPCC Children’s Programming. To supervise the development and implementation of developmentally appropriate classrooms and instruction, support and supervise staff in developmentally appropriate practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university plus five years' experience in child welfare administration, child services, program management or a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience working with persons with disabilities/experience in staff leadership, management, and supervision special needs.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement, with staff and administrative support, appropriate program services for the children and families served by the agency.
- Strong relationships with current funders and community partners.
- A servant leadership position, assuring service to families, staff, funders, community, and team. It supports the Vision, Mission and Values of UCPCC.
- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate classrooms and services.
- Protect client rights, health, safety and well-being.
- Recruitment, hiring and termination (with confirmation by Executive Director), supervision, training, scheduling, coaching and evaluation of all program staff.
- Provide support and advocacy for program staff.
- Review/edit staff generated client documentation, charting, development of Individual Infant Service Plans, lesson plans, educational units, etc.
- Participate, at the request of the Executive Director, in the preparation of the agency budget.
- Schedule and attend professional and interagency meetings and conferences related to client programs.
- Liaison to agency committees and boards, as well as community service agencies and regulatory agencies as needed and possible
- Prepare or cause to be prepared, monthly comprehensive program report (with supporting documentation from program coordinators and submitted to the agency executive director) as required by funding agencies.
- Ensure ongoing program compliance with CVRC and other community agencies linked to the program.
- Provide consultation for community grants.
- Participate in IFSP (Individual Family Service Plan) meetings for clients as needed and time allows.
- Provide advocacy, counseling, information and referral and support to families as needed and as time allows.
- Maintain appropriate, direct, open, and honest communications with all agencies involved in client service delivery systems.
- Participate as a member of the agency management team.
- Responsible for the financial success of the Childrens’ Services, including funding, budgeting, outcomes, and scope of work.
- Other duties as requested.
WORK HOURS: Hours will vary due to the nature of the program and availability to meet the needs of the children served and the staff. Evening and weekend work as the position demands. Some travel required.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
