Full Job Description
Hiring a full-time position for a NEW high-end retail bakery and café. We are in search of Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities / Expectations:
- Report to Sous Chefs and follow all instructions accordingly.
- Set up cook station and prepare food items in a timely fashion.
- Follow recipes step-by-step and presentation specifics.
- Restock, maintain, and clean cook station throughout the shift.
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Breakfast and Brunch experience is of advantage but not required.
- Eligible to work in the United States and is 18 years of age or older.
- Must have experience working in a professional kitchen.
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge and experience of culinary skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays to meet company demands.
