MEDICATION MANAGEMENT JOB DESSCRIPTION
Position Overview: Medication management provider will prescribe and administer medication in an outpatient setting to clients of Nurture Therapy. The practitioner plays a critical role in ensuring safe and effective medication management for perinatal patients, works collaboratively with other healthcare providers and therapist to provide holistic care to this vulnerable population.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Assessments and Counseling
· Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client’s medical history, including obstetric history, mental health history, and medication history, to determine appropriate medication management options for perinatal patients.
Assess a client’s mental health status and functioning.
Qualifications
Advanced Practice Nursing licensure with specialization in mental health
Physician’s Assistant licensure with specialization in mental health
Or above licensure with 5 years of experience prescribing for mental health conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
