Sales Focus + Operations responsibilities
60-70K base salary + Uncapped commission
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Market Lead to drive growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts to secure new business. This will also have a focus on operations initiatives as well for the Branch and clients.
People Leadership
Support Market Manager in branch operations and ensure exceptional market results and delighting clients, associate and candidates. Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction. Coach and train recruiters on recruiting best practices, processes and technologies.
Client & Candidate
Expand relationships within clients and pursue opportunities to grow relationship within existing clients. Works directly with clients and associates to drive loyalty. Point of escalation for all risks to client satisfaction
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients through networking and cold calling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with clients to maximize profits.
Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, and sales.
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer interactions.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
