Position Overview: The Wellness Programming Specialist is responsible for implementing standard operating procedures and performance standards to enhance the customer service experience. This position manages customer engagement in purchased programs and services, ensuring maximum effectiveness through development, organization, marketing, and implementation of wellness programs and solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Prioritize Activities:
- Prioritizes tasks and activities based on their impact on business and customer satisfaction.
- Implement Procedures:
- Implements customer service procedures, policies, and standards within the organization or department.
- Support SOPs:
- Supports the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for all customer service-oriented functions.
- Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Supports and develops data analytics and prepares written reports analyzing customer service metrics and outcomes.
- Goal Development & Fiscal Management:
- Develops goals and manages fiscal activities for each client, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Problem Solving:
- Investigates and resolves complex or long-standing customer problems that have been escalated from customer relationship specialists.
- Customer Assistance:
- Provides help and advice to customers regarding the organization's products, services, or industry best management practices.
- Feedback & Program Status:
- Provides continuous feedback on program status and identifies opportunities for improvement to customers.
- Usage Data & Projections:
- Provides customers with usage data and future projections to support informed decision-making.
- Strategy Development:
- Develops strategies to support customer goals, including setting associated metrics to measure success.
- Communication & Team Building:
- Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and team-building skills to support a cohesive and effective team.
- Program Development:
- Designs and implements wellness-related events and programs, including health fairs and educational sessions.
- Partnership & Collaboration:
- Collaborates with non-profit organizations and community partners to enhance program offerings and engagement.
- Social Media & Web Content:
- Manages social media and web content related to wellness programs to increase visibility and engagement.
- Compliance & Audits:
- Participates in compliance and audit activities, ensuring programs meet regulatory requirements.
- Health & Safety:
- Ensures the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of wellness program facilities and equipment.
- Additional Duties:
- May perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the organization.
Additional Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of wellness related experience, with experience in wellness program management preferred.
- Education:
- Associate's degree in a related field, with a Bachelor's degree in health education, health promotion, or a related field preferred.
