Description:
The Customer Service Representative has general customer service responsibilities for customers.
Essential Job Responsibilities not limited to:
Customer Service

Proactively respond to, expedite and resolve any customer issues, questions, order status etc.… via telephone or email

Respond to customer requests for information regarding products, pricing and services.
Order Entry
-
Order entry of all new orders, revisions, cancellations etc.
Expediting requests

Interact with production and shipping to expedite orders and facilitate timely shipments.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent and or AA Degree a plus

1-year administrative work experience in a manufacturing environment
