We seek a CRM Database Administrator who will implement and manage Sales Hub projects while managing our sales user base. This position will bring Marketing and Sales strategies to life within HubSpot, using automation, workflows, integrations, reporting, and analytic functions. This position requires an individual who knows the full capabilities of the HubSpot Sales Hub environment; while providing support through technical/problem-solving capability to the sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the operational functions of HubSpot Sales Hub, playing a crucial role in our overall success.
- Provide the team with innovative solutions for tracking sales hub metrics through creative problem solving skills.
- Develop insightful HubSpot dashboards and reports using analytics and reporting skills.
- Assist with list and contact management.
- Manage user access and permissions within HubSpot and work with marketing leaders to determine appropriate user permissions, roles, and teams for all users.
- Diligently maintain updated system documentation and HubSpot Sales Hub policies/procedures and contribute to the accuracy and reliability of our information.
- Help support the day-to-day running of the business within HubSpot, including interacting with business users and technology partners to support the HubSpot CRM environment.
- Act as the account manager, responsible for all new user setups and deactivation, including data transfers for deactivated users.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of professional experience with the HubSpot Marketing Automation platform.
- Have a deep understanding of the platform and its capabilities.
- HubSpot Certifications focused on sales software and marketing processes, or progress towards completion is a plus.
- Experience working cross-functionally with a CRM team outside of HubSpot.
- Experience training sales teams.
- Show proficiency in managing rigorous initiatives regularly.
- Possess problem-solving, attention to detail, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
- Strong computer skills and understanding of MS Office Application Suite
- A desire to continually grow and apply new skills.
- The ability to build processes, implement them, and continuously improve upon them.
- Ability to navigate complex data relationships from multiple business units.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, kneel, walk, balance, reach with hands and arms, use fingers and wrists, and talk and hear.
· Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
