We are looking for warm, approachable and customer services oriented personalities to join our awesome team of front desk attendants;
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints while following escalation processes where necessary
- Document and update record/reports based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the work place and its environs
- Prepare and submit shift reports to include occurrences and incidents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with residents and guest
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a service oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued
- Competent working with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, etc
- Willingness to work irregular shifts, weekends and holidays will be an added advantage
