Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure effective financial planning
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
•Oversees all vendor payments and recording of bank transactions; review of invoices.
•Main point of contact for all vendors and restaurant managers concerning invoices.
•Direct oversight of all restaurant item and labor data within accounting software
.•Period-end inventory review; coordination with managers for any errors identified.
•Month-end reconciliation of vendor accounts.
•Reviews construction in progress changes monthly with management.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in public accounting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliation and financial statement preparation
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and variance analysis
- Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
