How you'll make an impact: This role is focused on answering complex questions by generating hypotheses and quantitatively testing them and identifying opportunities for specific companies to get workers back to work faster. Essential responsibilities include: generating analyses and reports related to clients inquiries and GB internal requests; packaging and presenting insights from analyses to clients and/or executive team, conducting primary and/or secondary research to identify required data to solve a given business question, and writing white papers on trends that impact the insurance or workers compensation industries. Minimal direct management oversight required. Little or no direct client involvement.
About you: Required: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year professional experience. Prior experience in a quantitative field, through internships or other consultative work, and/or demonstrated ability to perform independent quantitative analyses of a moderate to highly complex nature accepted in lieu of full experience. Less than 20% travel.
Preferred: Master's/MBA degree; Strong academic credentials. Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with Access or enterprise database programs a plus.
