Audio Visual Technical Supervisor
The LCP team is looking for hard working, dedicated, energetic, self-motivated people that are seeking to work in the exciting world of live event AV production.
Audio visual Technical Supervisors are on the front line of all events. They are tasked with setup and operation of many different levels of AV equipment in the corporate and concert environments. Supervisors lead small to medium size crews and ensure AV systems are setup satisfactory. Technicians and Supervisors are also responsible for representing the company in a professional manner in front of the client, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This job is perfect for the person that wants to keep their hands on the equipment as a tech, but also is looking to grow more as a tech supervisor. They must be quick on their feet, expert troubleshooters, and have the ability to think clearly in high pressure situations. We work in incredible venues including resorts, boutique hotels, and event centers. Upward career growth in sales or full project management is a strong possibility in this position.

Hourly: $25-$32 per hour
Job duties (include but not limited to):
· Set & Strike Basic AV (audio, lighting,& video) equipment and scenic pieces.
· Work with warehouse technicians for prep and QC of select pieces of gear
· Occasionally drive a truck or van to job site for delivery and pick up of equipment
· Operate AV equipment with a full understanding of equipment specs and signal flow
· Review orders with Sales, Project, and Warehouse Mgrs for technical accuracy
· Collaborate with Sales and Project Mgrs on AV system and scenic design to achieve goals of client
· Independently lead small crews to set up AV equipment
· Professionally represent LCP while assisting clients with all AV requests
Qualifications, skills, and attributes:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required. College Degree Preferred.
· 5+ years of live audio and video production experience is preferred.
· Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
· Comfortable with climbing ladders 8-12ft high or being in man lifts 16-30ft high
· A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
· Ability to work a flexible schedule with some odd hours, weekends, and overtime when it is required
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills and listening skills.
· A natural technical aptitude for electronics, software, computers, lighting, audio, and video equipment is a necessity
· Basic knowledge of a wide range of AV equipment specifications, signal flow, and system design/setup
· Ability to lead a small crew to accurately complete tasks with hard deadlines
· Reliable personal transportation is required
· Ability to work in high pressure situations and adapt to last minute changes.
· Self-motivated for continuing to learn about all aspects of the AV gear in inventory and industry trends
· The ability to follow company policy and procedures, with integrity and honesty

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 65 per week
