*Key Responsibilities:*
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues swiftly.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional information
- Utilize skills (Spanish/English) to assist Spanish-speaking customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions
- Accurately enter customer information and update records in the database
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
*Ideal Candidate:*
- Holds a 4-40, 2-40 (willing to convert), or ideally a 2-20 Producer's License.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills, a polite and positive demeanor, and a professional attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrates a strong sales drive, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Is committed to contributing positively to the community through superior customer service.
- Experience in outbound calling and sales is a plus
- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
