In this role, you will a part of a dynamic team that supports the day-to-day activities of the sales department by providing in person customer support. This individual will drive volume, customer success, and profit growth in new accounts. They will support sales team members in demos, account relationship building, order taking and promotional events.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Represent our clients in a positive light to our customers, increasing brand awareness and sales, while building relationships
- Oversee, implement and work at events. Assist in managing the schedule.
- Assist customers in the field with orders, inquiries, marketing requests and questions
- Ability to be a leader and a positive spokesperson, become a key influencer at strategic accounts to account for the brands success at the ground level.
- Support sales team member requests and day to day needs in regards to key wholesale account
- Liaise with sales team to drive efficiency and growth at the ground level
- Coordinate and schedule customer meetings and events
- Ensure ultimate customer success and retention
- Assist in monitoring customer accounts and sales
- Target underperforming agents with appointed sales strategies to increase business
- Have the ability to influence and promote marketing strategies that will strengthen our business, promote a positive experience with us and appeal to the consumer to purchase more.
- Drive results through communicating account needs effectively to sales management.
- Execute in store demos and promotions.
- Obtain feedback from accounts and report trends to management
- Correct discrepancies and resolve issues
- Ability to work effectively with the team, with direction and clear tasks as well as independently.
- Respond to emails and correspondence
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. / B.S) or 2-3 years of equivalent experience.
- Pre-existing industry knowledge and relationships
- Excellent administrative and record keeping ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Great interpersonal skills
- Clear and concise communication both written and verbal
- Superb customer services skills with the ability to foster great relationships
- Desire to work individually and as a group
- Dedicated to supporting key team members to ensure success
- Interest in the product and industry
- Ability to review and process customer sales data
