Local nonprofit administration office seeks an executive assistant / communications director with strong writing skills to assist with communications, marketing projects, letters of support, general email and print correspondence and office duties. Other tasks, as assigned. Must be detail-oriented. Salary based on experience.
Duties:
- Drafting correspondence, including letters and emails
- Providing writing/editorial support
- Oversee email communication
- Writing and editing press releases, articles, letters and educational materials
- Assisting with general office duties, such as responding to phone call requests for assistance
- Other duties, as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling, proper usage of grammar and consistency of style
- Ability to work under short deadlines, as well as manage day-to-day duties
