Job Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to various departments within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Perform Clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with Data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Type and distribute correspondence as needed
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Handle inquiries and requests from employees and external partners
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Keeping clean and tidy spaces
- Preparing supplies for different programs
-Run deliveries to Court House and Prosecutors Office.
-Inventory and order office supplies.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Computer literacy with knowledge of Excel and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong Organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Previous experience in an Administrative role is preferred
