MetLife Legal Plans is currently hiring a Product Manager for our Technology Department.
This position will be fully remote, and this individual will report directly into our Director of Product Development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will be responsible for delivering on our mission of creating the world’s best consumer legal service. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Development, you’ll have a significant impact on the company’s future.
This includes leading the strategy, planning and execution of a product roadmap as well as managing the end-to-end product development process. You will lead a team of designers and partner with engineering, customer service, marketing and legal to create distinctive experiences people love.
You will also be responsible for enhancing how we learn from customers and identifying new ways to improve their lives, including expanding the product with new services and features.
This position is a fully remote position, located anywhere in the continental United States.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

5+ years of product management experience in consumer services or software development
-
Experience with building legal tech or financial reporting software (e.g., legal template builders, accounting software, accounts receivable / payable,)

Proven track record in organizations with a high-performing consumer SAAS product culture (e.g., Facebook, Google, Amazon, Betterment, Spotify, Slack, or a post series A startup funded by top tier investors)

Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision making

Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills; able to drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts

Experience working in the legal field, preferably estate planning

Travel:
