We are expanding and need an exceptional Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Train and develop kitchen staff, inspiring them to reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute strategies for driving revenue and controlling costs.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment, where every team member feels valued and empowered.
- Manage guest feedback with grace and professionalism, turning every negative experience into an opportunity for growth.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to elevate our culinary offerings.
- Drive to develop your skills and work to climb up ladder.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of Kitchen Management Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Proficient in computer systems and software.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen is a plus.
