Position Summary
Responsible for making sure that staffing requirements for every work shift comply with both internal and external policies of an organization.
Preparing and organizing work schedules for employees to make sure that the required/appropriate number of personnel or staff are on duty in every given work period/shift.

Essential Responsibility Time
- Develop work schedules and allocate employees to different duties and/or shifts
- Take responsibility for leave requests from employees and general work time-keeping (scheduling)
- Work with the payroll unit to ensure appropriate employee settlement
- Any form of inconsistency, scheduling-related issues, and vacancies are being reported to the company’s management by the scheduler in charge of staffing.
- Developing and keeping daily reports (on employees) that have to do with verifying the work-hours of every employee, verifying employees’ request for leave or time off
- Work-breaks or work-leave for employees as well as makes sure vacant posts are filled so as to meet employment/staffing requirements for his/her company.
- Maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and agendas.
- Maintain a working relationship, with a high degree of resident, family and guest satisfaction and retention through consistent delivery of high-quality services
- Demonstrate positive resident relations. Maintain a pleasant, professional attitude always. Maintain a positive image with the community.
- Perform other duties as assigned. Attend in-service classes and staff meetings.
Minimum Job Qualifications
- Level of Education - High School Diploma required
- Technical or Professional License(s)/Certification(s) - Valid driver’s license
- Level of Experience - At least 2 years of related work experience; senior living experience preferred.
