Manager or Director, HR & Recruiting – Private Equity
We are seeking a dedicated HR and Recruitment professional at either Manager or Director level (internal grade depends on experience) to support a high-profile private equity investment team with comprehensive talent & performance management programs.

- Team Structure: the position will start out as a high-level individual contributor, after fully ramped up on the business structure (in about 12-18 months) a direct report at HR Associate level will be added. This position is part of a robust & growing broader 20+ person HR & Recruitment team. The role reports to the Head of HR over this large business unit.

- Responsibilities include: Talent Management for private equity investment team – including leading outside agency relationships, facilitating the interview process start to finish – from initial resume reviews, to scheduling, to feedback collection & correspondence, to finalizing offer package recommendations and developing a closing strategy. Performance management – including annual review process with coordination with Investment Team leadership and HR Business Partners, developing action plans and career progression ladders, assisting with ad hoc training and team development initiatives (off-sites, speakers, meetings; assist the Head of HR with headcount planning and budgeting, summer programs, Workday specific projects, and generally driving the onboarding process to assure a smooth integration with the company.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Understanding of the investment industry – big plus
- HR & Recruitment experience in either Financial Services or Professional Services industries.
- Ability to business partner & influence high level executives
- Hands on approach and desire to get into the weeds, while understanding higher level strategic agenda – required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
