Your Role As a HealthStreamer
Position Summary
We are seeking a Manager, Tradeshows & Events to join our Marketing team, supporting HealthStream’s internal team of product marketers and various other internal stakeholders in executing live events as part of the brand’s overall marketing goals.
Key activities include pre-event organization, event contracts, booth assignments, shipping and install logistics, communication, and lead management. Communication and relationship management between internal stakeholders and external vendors will be required and necessary for job success.
This role is based in Nashville and reports to the AVP, Digital and eCommerce Marketing
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for adhering to all HeathStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
Manage, organize, and execute multiple live company events and tradeshows working within various and potentially overlapping due dates. Coordinate marketing and event assets related to each event, partnering with product marketing and other various internal stakeholders.
Execute logistics of company, customer and other live events in collaboration with product marketers and executive team members
Coordinate travel and accommodations for guests, secure catering, meeting spaces and other event management details as needed
Responsible for obtaining assets required for events, including booth, fixtures, graphics and display or demonstration products, as well the preparation and logistics involved with their successful delivery to and returning from the event.
Build and maintain accurate calendar and tracking of event details and statuses.
Monitor inventory of show event property including booth spaces, equipment, furniture, banners, signs, graphics, swag, and other items relevant to HealthStream live events and shows
Manage the proposals, contracts, communications, and invoices of all vendors, from start to finish
Execute post-event lead flow and follow up.
Report on event marketing results and suggesting improvements that will allow for a more efficient event management and marketing process.
Ensure all event materials and content is aligned with brand standards working with the Creative Team as well as other internal stakeholders including product marketers.
Depending on event schedule, evening and weekend work and travel occasionally required
