The Purpose of Your Role

Specific Responsibilities:
- Build and deepen relationships with existing clients, focusing on their unique financial needs.
- Utilize the firm’s sophisticated planning tools to craft tailored financial solutions.
- Present and implement strategies that align with clients’ best interests, ensuring long-term satisfaction and trust.
- Effectively prepare for and conduct client appointments, leveraging technology for optimal outcomes.
- Understand client goals through proactive communication, referring them to wealth management partners as needed.
The Expertise We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, but experience counts
- Active Series 7 & 63 licensed a must; Series 65 or 66 preferred
- CFP a tremendous plus
- Deep understanding of various investment solutions, with the ability to educate clients on each.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, initiative, and a proven track record of exceeding expectations.
- Proficient in using the firm’s guidance tools to engage in meaningful financial planning discussions.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
