Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Account Manager to join our team at Crestview Collection. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing online sales channels, such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, and other home décor websites. This role will be instrumental in driving growth, optimizing performance, and enhancing our brand presence across all eCommerce accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory levels across multiple eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Wayfair, Houzz and MORE!
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, expand market reach, and maximize profitability in alignment with company objectives.
Utilize NetSuite ERP system to streamline inventory management, and customer data integration across eCommerce channels.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive execution of eCommerce initiatives.
Implement promotional campaigns, advertising strategies, and product launches to drive traffic and enhance conversion rates on e-commerce platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, third-party vendors, and platform representatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in e-commerce and retail to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Requires 4+ years of account management or ecommerce experience.
Proven experience in eCommerce account management and expertise with platforms similar to Amazon Seller Central, Walmart.com, and Wayfair.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, and Commerce Bear is a plus.
Must be self-motivated and goal oriented.
