Position Summary:
The Escrow Administrator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting guests, managing daily administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. This role involves maintaining accurate schedules, handling documentation, verifying funds, and coordinating closings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume, detail-oriented environment. Proficiency with computer systems and a proactive attitude are essential. Prior experience in a title company and familiarity with RamQuest CCE is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:

Welcome and direct guests, serve refreshments, and create memorable experiences.

Maintain common areas and prepare fresh popcorn for busy closing days.

Maintain and update daily task lists and schedules within RamQuest.

Collect and verify IDs and closing funds from customers.

Handle daily mail, packages, and office supplies.

Open new orders/files and maintain required documentation and reports.

Communicate consistently with transaction parties and attend pipeline meetings.

Coordinate and schedule closings, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Manage the shared N Title inbox and handle incoming inquiries.

Request and process Builder Figures and CDAs from Realtors.

Distribute wiring instructions and verify them for accuracy.

Obtain necessary transaction information and order required documents.

Assist Processor(s) and Escrow Officer(s) with additional tasks.

Support marketing efforts and provide general administrative support.

Adhere to company values, demonstrate flexibility, and assist team members.
Experience:

Preferred: College degree
