You will lead and manage the talent acquisition team and processes for revenue-generating and revenue-support positions. [Hybrid] Director of Recruiting (Departmental Leadership exp req) Responsibilities
- Lead the talent acquisition department, managing three direct reports
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals
- Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Manage relationships with colleges and universities to maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Implement and maintain performance metrics and KPIs for the recruiting team
- Enhance the employer brand through strategic marketing and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Partner with senior leadership to align recruitment goals with business objectives
- Oversee employee relations, firm culture, and employee retention
[Hybrid] Director of Recruiting (Departmental Leadership exp req) Qualifications
- 7+ years of Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required
- 5+ years of Department Management (managing direct reports) experience required
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required
- Strong leadership and team management skills required
