Job Title: Culture Manager
General Description:
As the Culture Manager at Sake ONO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice, fostering connections with key cultural influencers, and cultivating the Sake ONO community. Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager, you will spearhead initiatives to enhance our social presence, nurture relationships with creators and influencers, and drive day-to-day social engagement across the United States.

Your mission is to position Sake ONO as the premier sake brand for culture makers, integrating our brand seamlessly into social culture through strategic content creation, partnerships, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management and Digital Ecosystem:
- Develop comprehensive annual and monthly social media plans for Sake ONO.
- Collaborate with the in-house creative team and PR partners to curate a content calendar and engagement strategy.
- Foster relationships with culture makers and creators, leveraging their influence to amplify brand presence.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong rapport within the Sake ONO community.
Brand Building:
- Support the Senior Brand Manager and PR agency in identifying key cultural moments and activating initiatives to elevate brand visibility sustainably.
- Ensure all creative assets and messaging align with the core brand positioning and resonate with our target audience.
- Partner with the PR agency and Activation Managers to amplify event presence in key markets such as NY, CA, FL, CO, TX, and LV.
Creator Partnerships:
- Strategically identify and cultivate relationships with Sake ONO creator partners to extend brand reach beyond owned channels.
- Explore opportunities for collaborative brand partnerships to enhance Sake ONO's visibility and appeal.
Internal Management:
- Manage allocated budgets, overseeing expenditures related to content creation, gifting, and other initiatives.
- Ensure that all activations comply with state and company policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement structured reporting formats to provide the CEO and Board insights.
Functional Skills:
- Profound understanding of social media dynamics and creator culture.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative brand-building initiatives that drive engagement and generate buzz.
- Exceptional relationship management skills with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with agencies and stakeholders.
- Innate curiosity and a keen eye for identifying emerging trends and rising creators.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
Experience Required:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or PR.
- Demonstrated proficiency in brand building and social media strategy execution.
Education/Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
