We have an opportunity for a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team.

We are ideally looking for candidates with a background in Logistics / Supply Chain.
If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and doing the day-to-day human resources work, but also want to work directly with the leadership team to develop strategy, this role is for you.
Responsibilities (Senior Human Resources Generalist):
- This vital role will be responsible for leading the company’s human resources department, creating a positive candidate and employee experience, ensuring legal compliance, and will work closely with the leadership team to create a fun, people centered, high performing work culture.
- The successful candidate will oversee talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee training and development, safety, security and labor law compliance, manage employee relations and will promote a positive work environment and build culture.
- Establish and lead the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit, hire and retain a superior workforce.
- Facilitate staffing activities which includes recruitment, selection, interviewing and hiring to ensure hiring aligns with business needs.
- Develop strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of the organization while creating an exemplary candidate experience.
- Manage the HRIS system and ATS systems, preferably ADP and Tenstreeteet, and provide backup payroll support as needed.
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the organization as the human resources leader by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training and leadership development, compensation and benefits, safety and security and labor law compliance.
- Establish and implement human resources efforts that effectively communicate and support the company’s values, vision and strategic goals.
- Function as a strategic people and culture advisor to the executive team/senior management.
- Lead employee reward and recognition initiatives including event planning.
- Manage employee relations issues and escalate to senior management as needed.
- Coordinate all training programs, driver orientation, and provide necessary education and materials to managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with company and governmental regulations such as OFCCP, EEO and DOL.
- Foster and maintain relationships with third party service providers.
- Streamline department processes, policies, and procedures.
Knowledge and Skill Required (Senior Human Resources Generalist):
- Strong human resources generalist experience (five or more years)
- Experience with HRIS and ATS systems required, preferably ADP and Tenstreet
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Strong follow up, organizational, and time management skills.
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- A strong work ethic.
- Experience in supply chain required, asset based trucking preferred.
- Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in a management or supervisory role required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related degree

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
