Role Snapshot:
As an Event Assistant, you're pivotal in driving sales momentum and amplifying brand presence at promotional events. By delivering top-notch customer service and fostering sales growth, you'll play a key role in shaping the success of our campaigns and advancing our brand objectives.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
Morning:
Kickstart the day by reviewing the event schedule and prepping essential materials.
Collaborate with the sales team to align on roles and responsibilities for the day's events.
Brush up on product knowledge and key selling points to deliver a compelling pitch.
Afternoon:
Set up eye-catching promotional booths or displays at event venues to captivate attendees.
Engage with customers, igniting conversations and offering insights into our products.
Efficiently handle sales transactions and maintain a tidy sales area throughout the event.
In-depth Role Overview:
Event Preparation:
Assist in setting up enticing promotional booths, displays, and signage at event venues.
Ensure seamless organization and accessibility of promotional materials and product samples.
Brainstorm with the sales team to devise strategies for maximizing sales opportunities.
Customer Engagement:
Warmly greet customers and spark interest in our promoted products or services through engaging conversations.
Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and exclusive offers to potential customers.
Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Sales Support:
Guide customers through product demonstrations and samples, encouraging them to experience and purchase.
Efficiently process sales transactions, maintaining accuracy in pricing and inventory management.
Explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities to boost sales revenue.
Brand Representation:
Radiate positivity and enthusiasm while embodying the essence of our brand at promotional events.
Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and messaging across all customer interactions and promotional materials.
Act as a brand advocate, effectively conveying our values and ethos to customers.
Event Cleanup and Wrap-up:
Assist in dismantling promotional displays and packing up materials at the conclusion of events.
Provide valuable feedback to the sales team regarding customer interactions, sales trends, and event outcomes.
Qualifications:
