Overview of the Position:
- You will be expected to work autonomously and without direct supervision as a Front Desk Associate. Have excellent phone, customer service, and communication skills. Possess attention to detail and multitasking skills. Welcome newcomers and check in/out service providers and guests. Capable of comprehending and responding to access control and emergency response protocols; and precisely keeping track of daily logs, records, and forms.
Responsibilities:
- Include providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively, and managing time efficiently.
- Welcomes and guides residents, guests, and invitees.
- Responds to emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitors and restricts entry to the building.
- Maintains daily logs, records, and forms.
- Addresses and follows up on all complaints/issues.
- Provides a safe and secure atmosphere throughout the building/property(s).
- The on-site property manager may assign more duties.
- Follows safety procedures and ensures a safe working environment.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- College-level courses in business or hospitality are preferred.
- Two to three (3) years of business experience is desirable.
- Computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Multiple language fluency is desirable.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds.
- Work in an upright standing or sitting position for extended periods of time.
- Handle, finger, grip, and lift items and packages.
- Reach with your hands and arms.
- Communicate, receive, and share thoughts and information using the spoken and written word.
- Ability to rapidly and efficiently access the property/building as required to fulfill the work tasks
- Fill up all needed forms.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed for the project.
- Capable of responding quickly to emergencies.
