Our privately owned Orange County Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our team!
We're looking for a competitive and highly self-motivated candidate with some experience in customer service and sales for one of our 19 communities located in Orange County.

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and conduct tours for walk-ins as well as following up on previous leads via phone and e-mail in a professional, persuasive and informative manner
- Ensure market window and tour path are pristine for prospective residents
- Strive to achieve community occupancy while providing the utmost of customer service
- Market the community to increase walk-in traffic
- Handle customer inquiries with clear communication skills and positive attitude while contributing to the general upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model
- Assist the Leasing Director, Assistant Manager, and/or Resident Manager
- Engage current residents and future residents in community activities and events, have fun with it!
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work and thrive in a friendly and competitive team environment in a business-professional atmosphere
- Ambitious and committed to customer satisfaction while upholding company policies
- Knowledge of sales, time management, and multi-tasking
- Basic to advanced administration skills and PC computer skills to complete office work when necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
