What You Bring to the Team
We are seeking an experienced, reliable Shift Manger to assist with day-to-day operations.
- Ensure food quality/accuracy and 100% customer satisfaction
- Developing and coaching the restaurant team members
- Ensure Food Safety standard practices are followed in accordance with local health and safety codes as well as company safety and security policies
- Delegate responsibilities to the team
- Ability to multi-task (running a shift in BOH/FOH)
- Manage with integrity, live company culture and beliefs
- Love for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Dependable, strong work ethic
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position, including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling or moving objects up to 55 pounds. Other physical requirements may apply, as reasonably applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Food service and team management. POS, and supervising experience are essential qualifications for this role. Additionally, proficiency in hospitality and kitchen management, along with strong customer service skills, are required. Premium skills such as inventory and labor management, food preparation, and experience with Aloha or Micros POS systems are highly valued.

Pay: From $21.25 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
