Successful and growing Personal Injury Law firm with a reputation of quality seeks a passionate Customer Service Rep or Client Liason to help insure our clients' needs and expectations are met and exceeded. Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound client calls in a timely manner
- Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by going the extra mile
- Make notes on each transaction/communication in our CRM
- Respond to customer text and email inquiries in a thorough and professional manner
- Coordinate with others within the firm to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
- Take on other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish
- Excellent customer care skills
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Basic computer skills including web browsing, typing and data entry, word processing, etc.
- Ability to work effectively on a team
- Willingness to learn on the job
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Strong and verifiable knowledge of ORTHO, CHIRO & PT procedures!
