OneFifteen is a non-profit healthcare ecosystem dedicated to the full and sustained recovery of people suffering from drug addiction. OneFifteen has developed a tech-enabled system of care that offers a treatment center, rehabilitation housing, and wrap-around services, all on one state-of-the-art campus. OneFifteen deploys a learning healthcare system to advance our understanding of addiction medicine and the best strategies to promote sustained recovery. Our ultimate goal is to support individuals to live healthy, fulfilling lives free of addiction. As such, we will focus on a patient-centered experience and ensure a patient’s whole health needs are fully met, including biopsychosocial needs.
OneFifteen Precision Care is a small startup working on scaling a comprehensive hybrid care model to help those with moderate to severe SUD. Our team is responsible for delivering the mobile and web experiences that surface insights & enable clinicians and patients to collaboratively drive sustained recovery from SUD.
As the first hire on the team, you will make significant contributions to building out and scaling our evidence-based care model. As we are a small startup, you will have ownership of many parts of the system & the opportunity to grow with us. Duties and Responsibilities

- Own & contribute to build across the platform.
- Deliver features end-to-end working within a small, dynamic team
- Develop and build the software, including front-end and back-end code, and ensure cross-platform optimization
- Work across the stack with a focus on execution & delivery
- Design & implement a tested, scalable web services, applications, and APIs
- Collaborate with cross functional team members to understand the impact of new features & help shape them
- Engage customers and customer perspectives in design, build and implementation of the tools and features
Knowledge and Skills

Education and Experience
Minimum:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineer or a related field or equivalent practical experience in software engineering
- 5+ years experience developing regulated software products, with a full stack web focus
- Modern development experience with Typescript and NodeJS
Preferred:
- Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks (eg React Native)
- Experience with GCP, specifically Cloud Healthcare API (FHIR)
- Experience with GraphQL
- Some familiarity with DBT/Airflow
- Some familiarity with native mobile development (Kotlin/Swift)

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
