DUTIES:
- Responsible for answering inbound calls and Live Chat inquiries to provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns, if necessary, distribute to appropriate department
- Calls to be answered promptly and use member’s name at least twice during the phone call
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied members, offering patient assistance and support
- Provide members with product information and benefits
- Open new accounts, and service existing accounts. Set up new account files and provide members with all necessary information for membership.
- Process secured loans
- Follow up member’s calls or questions as soon as possible
- Process member requests including ordering debit cards, check orders, online payments, remote deposits, and all other services as needed
- Handle and distribute incoming faxes
- Respond to member’s emails and secured emails
- Scanning of documents as needed
- Assist with outgoing and incoming mail for CU
- Collection calls to overdrawn checking account
- Complete member notes for each call
- Meet or exceed cross sell goals as set by the Virtual Branch Manager
- Back up teller or member service representative if needed
- Assist in any area as directed by the Virtual Branch Manager
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
